Website information and quotations

Availability, specifications, scope, price, taxes, delivery, lead time and other commercial terms must be confirmed in a written quotation or agreement. Sending a quote request does not itself create a contract or guarantee that we will accept the request.
Submissions and uploaded files
You must have authority to submit the information and files you provide, and you must not upload unlawful content, malware, or information you are not entitled to share. Include only information relevant to your request. Files submitted with RFQs may be reviewed by authorized estimators and, when an authorized user starts AI-assisted analysis, may be transmitted to the AI service described in our Privacy Policy.
AI-assisted analysis
AI-generated document interpretations, quantities, BOQ suggestions, rate recommendations and risk notes are aids for internal estimation. They may be incomplete or incorrect, are not engineering certification or professional advice, and must be checked against the original documents by a qualified person. They do not replace approved designs, site measurements, supplier quotations, or contractual documents.
Intellectual property and availability
Unless stated otherwise, website content and branding belong to Karibu Trading Limited or its licensors. You may view and use the site for lawful enquiries and business evaluation, but must not copy, publish, or commercially exploit site materials without permission. We may update content or temporarily suspend parts of the site for maintenance or security.
