Karibu Trading Limited is committed to supplying products and delivering engineering work that meet agreed customer requirements, applicable specifications and relevant legal obligations.

Our areas of work

Our quality commitments apply across strategic sourcing and industrial supply, building and civil engineering, electrical engineering and power distribution, and mechanical engineering including smelter maintenance. Work may include schools, clinics, residential and commercial buildings, bridges, electrical distribution lines and substations, and industrial maintenance.

How we work

• Clarify scope, specifications, interfaces, delivery requirements and acceptance criteria before committing to supply or work.
• Evaluate available suppliers and resources against the stated requirements, suitability, availability and delivery constraints.
• Plan and check work against approved drawings, specifications, applicable standards and agreed inspection or testing requirements.
• Provide product documents such as safety data sheets, certificates of analysis or technical specifications where applicable and available for the supplied product.
• Record issues, respond to customer feedback, and take practical corrective action to improve delivery and workmanship.

Safety, compliance and continual improvement

We aim to identify quality, safety and delivery risks early and coordinate with clients, suppliers and competent personnel to address them. Project-specific controls and inspection records are agreed for the work concerned. This policy is a statement of our commitments and does not claim an external quality-system certification unless separately evidenced in writing.
